學院下設(shè)木材科學與工程、材料科學與工程、藝術(shù)設(shè)計、家具設(shè)計、服裝設(shè)計與工程、基礎(chǔ)美術(shù)6個教研室。有林業(yè)工程一級學科博士點1個；生物質(zhì)材料科學與技術(shù)、木材科學與技術(shù)和、林產(chǎn)化學工程3個二級學科博士點；設(shè)計藝術(shù)學和材料加工工程2個科學學位碩士點，工程碩士和農(nóng)業(yè)推廣2個專業(yè)學位碩士授點；木材科學與工程、材料科學與工程、藝術(shù)設(shè)計和服裝設(shè)計與工程4個本科專業(yè)。其中木材科學與工程專業(yè)為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)品牌專業(yè)、木材科學與技術(shù)學科為國家林業(yè)局重點學科。學院擁有內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)沙生灌木資源開發(fā)與利用工程技術(shù)研究中心、內(nèi)蒙古教育廳蒙古族工藝美術(shù)研究基地、藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作中心、木材加工和室內(nèi)裝修實訓中心；內(nèi)蒙古室內(nèi)裝飾協(xié)會教育委員會掛靠在本學院。www.brfmcr.cn第一大中國美術(shù)高考網(wǎng)

College of Material Science and Art Design

College of Material Science and Art Design includes 6 Teaching and Research sections, wood science and engineering, materials science and engineering,art design,Fashion Design engineering, furniture design, and Arts. There are a first-degree doctoral discipline program of Forestry Engineering, four second-degree doctoral discipline programs of biomass materials science and technology, wood science and technology, forestry engineering, and forestry chemical engineering, two scientific master’s degree programs of design arts and materials processing engineering, two professional master’s degree of Engineering and agricultural extension. In addition, there are five undergraduate majors, wood science and engineering, materials science and engineering, forestry engineering, transportation and artistic design. Meanwhile, wood science and engineering major is brand major of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, wood science and technology discipline is key discipline of the State Forestry Bureau. The College has the desert shrubs engineering and technicaresearch center of resources development and l utilization of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, art creative center, wood processing and interior decoration Training Center. The college is member unit of "Highway in North China Science and Technology Network". Inner Mongolia Education committee of Interior Decoration Association is jiont in the College.

藝術(shù)設(shè)計 （含環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計、服裝設(shè)計、動畫設(shè)計、廣告設(shè)計和家具設(shè)計方向，學制４年）

內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)大學藝術(shù)設(shè)計系是在1996年室內(nèi)與家具設(shè)計（師資）本科教育基礎(chǔ)上，于1998年經(jīng)國家教委批準，1999年開始招收藝術(shù)設(shè)計專業(yè)的學生。2006年獲得設(shè)計藝術(shù)學碩士學位授予權(quán)，從2007年起招收設(shè)計藝術(shù)學碩士研究生。在近十年的本科教育發(fā)展過程中，為社會培養(yǎng)了大批設(shè)計人才，為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)藝術(shù)設(shè)計教育的開拓、發(fā)展和繁榮做出了貢獻。

藝術(shù)設(shè)計系現(xiàn)有五個本科專業(yè)方向：環(huán)境藝術(shù)、家具設(shè)計、廣告設(shè)計、服裝設(shè)計和動畫藝術(shù)；兩個設(shè)計藝術(shù)學碩士研究方向：環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計和家具設(shè)計。同時設(shè)有實驗室7個：室內(nèi)設(shè)計工藝制作實驗室，模型制作工作室，家具檢測實驗室，絲網(wǎng)印刷工作室，攝影工作室，服裝工藝制作室和計算機機房；擁有實習工廠1個。還設(shè)有專業(yè)圖書資料室，面積300平米，藏書6200余冊。

遵循“立足地方，立足工科特色，立足民族文化；設(shè)計創(chuàng)新，管理創(chuàng)新、帶動實踐教學”的方針，實行開放式辦學，堅持產(chǎn)、學、研相結(jié)合，根據(jù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需求，深化改革，積極創(chuàng)新，努力探索和開拓高等設(shè)計教育發(fā)展道路，成為現(xiàn)代設(shè)計高素質(zhì)人才的培養(yǎng)基地。

◆業(yè)務(wù)培養(yǎng)目標及要求： 本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)掌握藝術(shù)設(shè)計基本理論和知識，受到藝術(shù)思維、設(shè)計方法和設(shè)計技能的基本訓練，具備藝術(shù)設(shè)計創(chuàng)作和理論研究能力的高級專門人才。

◆主要課程： 設(shè)計專業(yè)繪畫基礎(chǔ)、三大構(gòu)成、表現(xiàn)技法、藝術(shù)理論、專業(yè)設(shè)計系列課程、計算機輔助設(shè)計、裝飾工程、預(yù)算等。

◆授予學位： 文學學士。

◆就業(yè)方向： 本專業(yè)畢業(yè)生適合在藝術(shù)院校、藝術(shù)設(shè)計相關(guān)的企業(yè)、設(shè)計公司、設(shè)計事務(wù)所、工藝美術(shù)機構(gòu)等，從事宣傳、設(shè)計、制作、企事業(yè)藝術(shù)策劃、管理及教育培訓等方面的工作。近幾年本專業(yè)畢業(yè)生主要分布在北京、上海、天津、青島、大連、廣東、西安、長沙、呼市、包頭等地的室內(nèi)裝飾企業(yè)、家具企業(yè)、廣告公司、服裝設(shè)計、制造公司等。
